Senior Director of Technical Solutions
As the Senior Director of Technical Solutions, Brent Constant is responsible for developing and implementing national technical service strategies, including those for pre-sale support, customer training and development, post-sale field technical support, product quality, and warranty.
Constant joined METUS in 2002 as the Technical Training Manager. In this role and through subsequent growth roles within METUS, he laid the groundwork for many of the technical training programs that exist today. He modernized the company’s customer support infrastructure through design and implementation of the case management systems. He developed and launched the Customer Care Center and spearheaded the launch of MyLinkDrive.com. He was also instrumental in creating and growing the Diamond Service Group program.
Prior to joining METUS, Constant was Americas Training Manager at Siemens Electronic Assembly Systems, where he provided strategic vision and leadership for the global standardization of course development and assessment methodologies. He transformed the Training Cost Center into a multi-million-dollar profit center for the business.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management from Southern Illinois University and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
