PRODUCTS highlighted a renovated Brooklyn brownstone in its Project of the Week column. The 6,000-square-foot building was turned into four 2-bedroom luxury condominiums while meeting Passive House requirements for energy efficiency. To help meet those requirements, Mitsubishi Electric mini-split systems were installed in each unit.
